Subject Line: My proposal for the JW Marriott was not chosen as a finalist. 

 

Dear MieYoung:

After careful consideration, the JW Marriott has not been chosen as a finalist for the IUPUI Recommendation Report. Thank you for your openness to being a part of this project and for dedicating time to work with me.

 

The Voting Process

With the information from our meeting, I created a visual presentation to share with my class about the main topics we would be working on for the JW Marriott. How the finalists were chosen is explained below:

• Everyone gave a 90-second pitch about the company they were representing

• Each student voted on their top 3 picks

• From the 24 proposals, the 5 companies with the most votes were chosen as finalists

 

From this process, 24 more students know about the employment opportunities the JW Marriott provides. I have also attached the visual presentation I created for the pitch below if you would like to use it.

 

Future Involvement
